HOTEL POLICIES:

  • Check-In time is 3:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.

  • 48 Hour Cancellation Policy.

  • Service to your room after check-in is upon request only by 11AM the day of service request. Please call the front desk to request towels or any room amenities you may need.

  • Valid ID is required upon Check-In.

  • Must be 21 years or older to rent a room.

  • In case of any problem with regards to the room, kindly inform the Front Desk within 15 minutes of Check-In. If the staff fails to repair the issue a full refund will be granted and the guest will have to check out.

  • No refunds will be acknowledged to OVERNIGHT STAYS.

  • In case the Guest have forgotten any of their VALUABLE ITEMS in the room the hotel will preserve them for 15 days after which they will be discarded.

  • Hotel charges $30.00 PET FEE PER NIGHT PER ROOM. The pet has to be on leash at all times and cannot be left in the room unattended. Only dogs are allowed.

  • We kindly request that guests inform the front desk in advance if they plan to bring a pet along during their stay. Failure to inform the front desk about the presence of a pet may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

  • Automatic forfeiture of deposit for failure to report/register pets upon check-in.

  • Any individual caught hosting pool parties or bringing multiple unregistered guests into the hotel or pool area without prior authorization will result in automatic forfeiture of their deposit. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.

  • SERVICE PETS are exempted from the pet fee with a certified medical practitioner’s note of proof. Emotional support dogs are still subject to the $30 pet fee per night per room.

  • Failure of not notifying or declaring that you have a pet at the front desk will lead to a $250.00 fine.

  • A $250.00 deposit in either cash or card will be authorized upon Check-In which will be refunded in full via the original payment method once we have confirmed there was no smoking within confined areas, damage to the property or room, boisterous behavior, or disturbance towards other guests. Management reserves the right to keep the deposit in the full amount if you are found in violation of these policies.

  • The credit card authorization will be released upon Check-Out. Depending on your financial institution it will take 5-7 business days to show up back on your credit card.
